Blog#15: A song that moved me

    There is o ne song that really touched my heart is "Simple Love" by Jay Chou. I found this song during a tough time in my life when things were changing a lot. The music is calming, and Jay Chou's singing feels honest. The lyrics talk about wanting love that's easy and uncomplicated. At that moment, when I felt a bit lost, the song brought comfort. It reminded me to appreciate the simple, good things in life. This song became like a friend, helping me through a hard time, and I will always remember how it made me feel.

Blog#13 Reflection Unit 3 Movies

                                                            Reflection Unit 3 Movies      Semester is closing to the end, just a few more weeks. In unit 3, We got to dive into the movie world, exploring different vocabularies about movies and also how movies are made. What started as talking about movie words such as sequels and academy awards etc.  We also talked about whether actors in movies should make a lot of money. In my opinion, I think they should earn big money for being really good at acting, not just for looking nice. It made me realize that being talented is a gift, if you have that kind of talent it is really important, whether it's in acting or something else.   My movie genre is about crime and gangster, and I think it is one of the most interesting genre. Crime movies are about illegal stuff and how cops or bad guys deal with it. Gangster movies zoom in on organized crime, telling stories about people in criminal groups, their fights for power, and personal problems.
